BMW unveils the 2013 M6

The Germans from BMW officially unveiled the new BMW M6, the high-performance version of the standard 6 Series

To begin with, the new M6 is offered with a 4.4-liter turbocharged unit able to deliver 560 horses and 680 Nm of torque (502 lb-ft).

Porsche revealse new 911 GT3 RSR

Porsche officially announced that the new 911 GT3 RSR is ready for the Twelve Hours of Sebring competition. To be more exact, the German company unveiled the model at the tests that preceded the race.

Koenigsegg Agera is getting ready US

Limited edition, special edition, limited production… all such ideas seem a little too common when it comes to talking about the Swedish at Koenigsegg.

The small company makes very big impacting cars in incredibly low numbers. Their newest creation, the Koenigsegg Agera R is getting ready for its first US delivery.

Five-door version of the new Volkswagen up

Volkswagen gave us a preview of this new up! GT with the unveiling of a concept version at the 2011 Frankfurt Auto Show last September.

Now, Piston Heads is reporting that the up! GT Concept has been given the production green light, though just like the rest of the up! range--apart from the e-up!--U.S. buyers will likely miss out.

The car is expected to feature a tiny three-cylinder turbo engine matched to a six-speed manual gearbox. An estimated peak output of 110 horsepower will be sent strictly to the front wheels though there could be some trick differentials to help make the most of that power. The up! GT is also likely to be offered as a three-door only.
